Nurses

Nurses must be state licensed and posess all necessaary continuing education and state issued requirements. Nurses must be experienced in home health care. We provide:

  • IV/Central Lines
  • CNA Supervision
  • OB/Maternity 
  • Hospice/Palliative Care
  • Wound Care 
  • Neonatal

Personal Care: CNA, Personal Care Aides

Nurse aides must have a state issued certification and/or state issued license. Nurse aides must be experienced in home health care and be able to provide:

  • Companionship
  • Meal Preparation
  • Transportation
  • Medication Reminders
  • Ambulation/Walking Assistance
  • Hygiene Assistance

Below is a list of credentials our caregivers are required to have current:

  • Accurate Completion of a Detailed Application
  • Tuberculosis Screening
  • CPR certified
  • Federal Criminal Background Check
  • Driving Record Check
  • Valid Driver’s license and Automobile Insurance
  • Verification of Licensure as a CNA
  • Confirmation of U.S. employment eligibility
  • Skills testing

Below are additional requirements of I-CARE Inc. applicants to ensure they are great employees and excellent caregivers for our clients.

  • 2-3 Professional employer reference checks
  • Must undergo 2 hour interview/orientation with I-CARE   office Manager
  • Initial and on the job training as necessary
  • Supervision and performance reviews
