Leadership

Donna Ivey founded I-CARE in 1993 after beginning her career with a clear calling to serve in healthcare. With 45+ years of experience and licensure as a Home Care Administrator and Assisted Living Administrator, she has spent decades guiding families through real-world care needs—building services that are dependable, compassionate, and deeply informed by what families face every day. Her perspective as an advocate and leader is shaped by extensive hands-on experience and personal family health journeys shared in Why I-CARE and Why I-CARE Too, Amazon bestsellers.

Tony Ivey brings a project engineering background and a practical, solutions-driven approach to operations and home accessibility planning. His experience includes supporting large senior community development projects and applying that “engineering eye” to help individuals adapt as mobility needs change. Through coordinated home modification management and trusted oversight, his work helps families move forward with confidence when accessibility becomes a necessity.

Ashley Belin is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with experience across rehabilitation and home-based care, and holds credentials as a Certified Health Coach and Certified Holistic Nutritionist. She brings a clinical lens to care planning, functional support, and wellness—helping families make informed decisions, build sustainable routines, and ensure care remains aligned as needs change.
